Net Leadership: the new paradigm a humanly technological world
The Net Leadership theory is based on the Unique Talent, the concept that will always differentiate the person from the Robot. Robots, however, if well managed, can allow us to exercise our talent to the fullest.

Unique Talent
Realize your unique talent
Everyone has their own “Unique Talent”, which is what makes us unique. However, very often talent remains hidden because society, or even us, are not ready to accept it.
The paradigm only works if there is widespread awareness and culture of talent.
The constant and conscious use of robotics should let us free to allow us to research and listen more to our Unique Talent.
Unique Talent: your personal transformative purpose.

Responsibility
Act within your own space
Robots with their algorithms are responsible but they are not aware of it, so in the end they are not. However, they can help us in training.
In fact, once you have recognized and accepted your Unique Talent, the next step is to act it in your own space that everything must be occupied, no more and no less.
Responsibility corresponds to the space that each of us must fill without entering that of others. Responsibility means connecting with poeple around us, recognizing their talent and their space without ever invading it. It is no longer a linear concept but a spatial one.
It is like in a volleyball game: when the coach entrusts you with a role, only if you recognize that this reflects your talent, will you be able to fill all your space.
Responsibility: fill your own space

Mentorship
Boost your own and other people’s talent
When you have recognized, accepted and acted on your talent, you will want to improve and refine it. Mentorship as a co-creation has precisely this purpose: to improve one’s own talent by committing to improve others’.
During the Mentorship you can let yourself be contaminated, inspired to do better. To impose old managerial paradigms always and in any case no longer have the same effect. Today there is an increasing need for exchange, opening, correction and negotiation.
Mentorship as a co-creation

Divertĕre
Have fun, which means think different
Acting on one’s talent also means having fun, but not in the simple meaning of “fun” but rather in the ability to change perspective.
Often it is precisely while you are distracted from the flow of thoughts related to a work goal that you find the right idea. This happens when you free yourself from feelings of guilt and from a by now worn idea of being “always present”, “always on track”.
“Divertĕre” in this sense is linked to responsibility, trust, awareness. It was the mantra in Einstein’s life.
Divertĕre is the key to think different.

Simplicity
Go straight to the point
Simplicity is what distinguishes the way a Net Leader communicates.
It can be referred to the scientific principle according to which, other conditions being equal, greater plausibility must be assigned to that which can be formulated in the simplest way.
Simplicity is resolved complexity, it is wanting to communicate by connecting to everyone in an inclusive way beyond mental, social, and corporate superstructures. It is the way to communicate between different cultures and different generations.
Simplicity: when everything is clear
